NEW:
To better aid the working exhibitor, INTAKE FOR BAKED GOODS ONLY, will be extended to include Saturday, September 5TH from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM . Late entries cannot be accepted, there will be no exceptions.
 
RULES FOR ENTRY
1.          All Exhibits must be made by exhibitor from scratch. Awards will not be paid for commercial products.
2.          Each exhibit should be a part of the specific project or projects in which the member is enrolled in within the current year by a 4-H member or vocational student.
3.          Exhibitors may not enter more than 1 exhibit in a division of a class. 
4.          Entries will be taste tested and Judges will score on: eye appeal, size, shape, color, sensory qualities, flavor, moistness, grain and texture, and attention given to the rules and regulations, unless stated otherwise.
5.          Posters should be 14 x 22 and will be judged on the basis of visual impact, creativity, neatness and accuracy of information.
6.           Food Exhibits only, will be accepted on Friday, September 4th from Noon until 10:00 p.m. and on Saturday, September 3rd from 8:00 until 10:00 a.m. Late Entries will not be accepted.                    
7.          To avoid waste, baked products will be sold at the Agriculture Building Bake Sale in the Agriculture Building Annex, on Sunday morning, opening day of Fair, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Proceeds will go towards the ongoing improvements of the Agriculture and Agriculture Annex buildings.             
8.          There is refrigeration for those exhibits that must be refrigerated. Please bring this to the attention of the building staff and they will assist you.

There WILL be refrigeration at the Cambria County Fair.  1st place winning entries will not be sold in the Bake Sale, but held for display.  Should the 1st place winner not be able to compete at the State level in January the second or third place winners will be given the option, as per State Regulations.
