To better aid the working exhibitor, INTAKE FOR BAKED GOODS ONLY, will be extended to, 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5^th. The buildings will be open at 8:00 a.m. for intake. Late entries cannot be accepted, there will be no exceptions.

RULES FOR ENTRY

1. All Exhibits must be made by exhibitor from scratch. Awards will not be paid for commercial products.

2. Exhibitors may not enter more than 1 exhibit in a division of a class. The exhibitors name should be on the entry.

3. Entries will be taste tested and Judges will score on: eye appeal, size, shape, color, sensory qualities, flavor, moistness, grain and texture, and attention given to the rules and regulations, unless stated otherwise.

4. Baking Contests have their own rules governed by the sponsor and must be strictly adhered to.

5. Food Exhibits will be accepted on Friday, September 4^th from Noon until 10:00 p.m. and on Saturday, September 5^thfrom 8:00 until 10:00 a.m. Late Entries will not be accepted.

6. To avoid waste, baked products will be sold at the Agriculture Building Bake Sale in the Agriculture Building Annex, on Sunday morning, opening day of Fair, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Proceeds will go towards the ongoing improvements of the Agriculture and Agriculture Annex buildings.

7. There is refrigeration for those exhibits that must be refrigerated. Please bring this to the attention of the building staff and they will assist you.
