Price includes tongue of trailer to back. Moveable tongues cannot be removed.
Storage out take will begin March 15th unless prior arrangements have been made.
The last day of Agriculture Building and Arena Storage will be April 15th, and all remaining buildings May 31st. In the event that storage is not removed the lessor reserves the right to move the vehicle to another location on the property and an additional $5.00 per day will be added to the monthly rental.
Lessee assumes the risk of loss during said storage and agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Cambria County Fairgrounds (a.k.a. Cambria County American Legion Recreation Association, Inc.)
Lessee will be responsible for having insurance on the storage. Lessor will not be responsible for damage done by dirt, bird droppings, water drops or any other damages. Lessee will be responsible for covering their storage; if using cloth covers Lessee must put plastic cover over top to prevent water absorption or bird droppings which will leave marks on storage vehicle.
All business will be conducted by appointment only.
